We encourage individuality in training gear while maintaining safety and respect on the mats. Please follow these uniform guidelines:
**Gi Training**
* Any gi color or design is welcome, provided it is clean, in good condition, and free from offensive or inappropriate imagery.
* Men and women must wear a rashguard or t-shirt under the gi jacket at all times.
**No-Gi Training**
* Rashguards or athletic tops are required; no bare-chested training.
* Shorts or spats must be clean, in good repair, and free of offensive or inappropriate imagery.
* Men must wear shorts **over** spats or any skin-tight/compression-style shorts.
* Women may wear leggings, spats, or compression shorts with or without shorts over them.
**General Appearance**
* Hair coloring products must be fully set and not bleed onto uniforms, mats, or partners.
* All uniforms and training gear must be washed and clean for every session.
* Jewelry, watches, or piercings that could cause injury must be removed before training.
By following these guidelines, we maintain both professionalism and personal expression while keeping training safe for all.
